Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service and our website is hosted on a cloud platform; both act only on our instructions. We share event details with our own staff as needed to serve your event, and nothing more.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and event records for as long as they are useful for serving you and for our bookkeeping, then delete them.
